One support credit is deducted from your account only when your problem is completely resolved by our technicians. Support is conducted through secure remote support software. All technical support sessions are timed and logged by the remote control software. Your account must have a minimum of one support credit to receive support.

After Hours support will be billed at two credits per incident.
