- Exchange Reason / Notes
When doing an exchange it now allows you to select a reason for the exchange.
- Icon cleanup completed
In version1.4.0, we updated some of the icons; in this 1.4.1 we've completed the icon updates.
- Add phone to cart using ESN only
Now in the New Sale window, instead of having to select the type of phone you are selling, you now just have to scan the MEID or ESN of the phone.
- Ability to turn off receipts
In the tender window, there's the ability to choose no receipt. In the store settings you have the ability to choose 'No Receipt' as the default option.
This is for clients that do not wish to print a receipt.
- Option to turn on or off RAW ribbon receipts
RAW printing works better for some receipt printers but for receipt printers with an auto-cutter, they will not cut the receipt after it prints, now there's the ability to choose whether or not to use RAW printing.

- Sped up accessory lookup when adding items to the cart
the recommended purchases window now opens quicker.
- Fixed some New User wizard issues
When entering in the Username, you had to tab out of the textbox before you could click the 'Next' button, this was because it verifies that there's not another user with the same username. This could cause confusion because the user wouldn’t know why the 'Next' button was disabled.
Also, before you could enter a valid user name, tab out of the textbox, then modify the username to match a username already in the system, if you clicked 'Next’ without tabbing out of the textbox it wouldn't do the check and would add auser with a duplicate user name.
It has been changed so that the 'Next' button is always enabled and it does the duplicate username check when you press the 'Next' button.
- Fixed right-click context menu refund/exchange on sale item
- The feature request window now defaults to report type
- Made it clearer on how to add new receipt messages.
- Removed Exchange Credit from product selection screen and price lookup.
- Removed "Used Phone Sale” and "Used Phone Purchase" from the Inventory Manager and Price Lookup and Advanced Inventory Adjustment
- Cancelling a "Used Phone Sale” still added the used phone into inventory, this has been fixed
- Fixed the "Promo" button in the price Lookup panel
- Added the shipping address back into Orders, stores now get automatically added to the list
- The right-click context menu in order management now does the action for the row under the mouse cursor rather then the selected row
- Fixed Order Management filter to be more accurate.
There was away before to have the order management screen not match the filter, this has been fixed.
- Clicking No to the open shift warning would still open the Login window, this has been fixed.
- Inventory Manager status is defaulted to General
- In the inventory item history it now shows exchanges.
- Fixed stock item UPC duplication issue
Before it was possible to get 2 items in the same region with the same UPC, this has been fixed.
- Fixed Advanced Inventory Adjustment for same-time modifications to inventory.
Before if someone used the Advanced Inventory Adjustment to add 2 phones, but at the same time someone made a sale it would actually add 3 phones, this has been fixed.
- Exchanges and refunds could be started with no items selected, It wouldn't do anything, but now you can't start it without something selected.
- Added timeout to End of Shift Report, before it would hang sometimes.
- Added store check to phone transfers
When transferring a phone, if you entered a MEID of a phone that was at a different store then you selected, It would still transfer the phone, but it'd looked like the phone came from the store you selected. Now it lets the user know that the phone is at a different store
- Updating dates in the customer info window now correctly enables Save buttons
- Double-clicking on an item in store items now uses same 'Inventory Editor' window as the context menu edit option, this is the more detailed edit inventory window.
- Removed the ability to refund the exchange credit.
- ESN/MEID Search now correctly shows results MEIDs or ESNs entered in HEX.
- Phone numbers for cash sale now show on Sale Lookup correctly.
- In Barcode Manager the right-click delete option removes the row clicked on, rather then the selected row.
- Some visual fixes for lower resolutions.
