Returned Item Details Report

Need to quickly see detailed sales returns for your store?  Check out the new Returned Item Details report.  You can quickly see what items have been returned either through refund or exchange, by which CSR and for what reason.  To enable the report go to Tools > Users > Role Management and look under the Report rule category to find the rule 'Allowed to access report: Returned Item Details'.  Grant the desired roles access by placing a check under the the name of that role.  Users will then be able to view the report in the Report Center under the Sales Category.
